A little about us

The Ilion Parker's Clapsaddle Farm located in Ilion NY.
Clapsaddle Farm has opened 13 spaces in the dairy barn and 7 spaces in the middle barn. In addition, there is space outside for an unlimited number of farmers.

The barns are well lighted and a portable toilet is provided by JonsJons from Mohawk. We presently concentrate on the large group of Old Order Amish to supply our market. Over 2000 now live here along the Mohawk River. We have an equal number of non-Amish farmers as well. We are open year round.

Features of our market

Items on sale both days include: Baked goods from three Amish bakeries, honey, maple syrup, jams, jellies and fudge. Other items include: Hand made baskets,indoor and outdoor furniture and freshly made root beer. In addition, other farmers provide eggs, butter, lamb, beef, pork, sausages, chocolates, candy, gourmet cupcakes, etc.

Our Cider Mill and Vinegar works supplies our own orchard's organic apples, sweet cider and vinegar from Sept- Dec. We have 12 community rented individual gardens that will add a great variety of vegetables as the season progresses.
